Sometimes it's hard to know when help is needed, but if you or your friends notice any of these signs more often than not you shouldn't hesitate to seek help.
Social & Emotional Signs
- Feelings of hopelessness or worthlessness, depressed mood, poor self esteem, or guilt Withdrawal from friends, family, and activities that used to be fun
- Overreacting to criticism, anger, rage, or craving for revenge
- Trouble concentrating, thinking, remember or making decisions
- Regular crying
- Reckless or impulsive behaviors

Physical Signs
- Headaches, digestive problems or chronic pain that do not respond to routine treatment
